Carbon Tax Could Be Net Benefit to U.S. Business, Consumers

TheStreet (May 30, 2014) — A carbon tax should make energy and goods more expensive, but Adele Morris, economist and fellow at the Brookings Institution, is the author of a recent report that finds that a well-implemented tax could be a net benefit to U.S. businesses and consumers.
