Orchidaceae

Orchids are among the largest and most diverse of the flowering plant families, with over 800 described genera and 25,000 species.

Orchids are truly flowers of superlatives.

Even a complete layman in botany is awed by the beauty of orchids.

No plant family has as many different flowers as the orchid family.
